4. Returns & Refunds

4.1. Hygiene Policy. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for opened or partially used products.
4.2. Damaged/Defective Products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email support@herbsshot.com within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.
