Order Processing

  • Dispatch Time: We’ll ship your HerbsShot order within 2–3 business days of receiving it.
  • High Demand Notices: Occasionally, popular items may take a little longer to leave our facility. If there’s any delay, we’ll notify you right away and keep you updated on your order status.

Tracking & Notifications

  • Once your package is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS or email—so you always know exactly where your HerbsShot delivery is.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Standard Delivery: Expect your order to arrive within 14 working days of dispatch (or by the delivery date provided at order confirmation).
  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address you enter at checkout is correct. If you need to update it, contact us promptly at support@herbsshot.com.
