• When We Can Help: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing items, or you receive the wrong product, you must reach out on the day of delivery—replacements are granted on a case-by-case basis.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
• Assessment & Resolution: We’ll review genuine claims promptly and, where approved, ship your replacement.

Cancellation Policy

• No Cancellations After Ordering: Once you’ve placed an order on www.herbsshot.com, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
